I needed the perfect fall treat for the Scrap Club Girl but wanted to focus on Fall instead of Halloween. The Stampin' Up Blossom Punch and Autumn Designer Paper were just the ticket. I used half a sheet of 12 x 12 inches (cut to 6 x 12). I rolled the sheet to make a cone with a pointed back and stapled it in place. This is also the shape of the old Victorian "Tussy Mussy" that was filled with flowers back in the day. I stapled a ribbon loop onto the back so it could be hung on a door knob or hook.
Six inch wide tulle from a spool was cut to make a 6" x 12" rectangle. I gathered the tulle with my fingers right down the middle to make a bow shape and stapled it in the middle. Then the bow was stapled onto the front of the cone. The flower was made with 2 blossom punches and a purchased flower and a button layered together with glue dots.
of the finished blossom with Fabri-Tac then used more glue to attach it to the tulle bow. The treat cones were filled with shredded paper, chocolate, a few craft supplies, lots of love, and voila! - a treat with no trick! We had a great time eating cornbread and taco soup and making our first, would you believe, Christmas cards of the season! Trick or treat!

Scrap Diva's Camp In Style!
Scrap Diva Day Camp was Saturday and we are still recovering! Fourteen fun and crazy ladies joined me for a day of paper crafting, scrapbooking, EATING, laughing, visiting, and being silly. It was a great way to say good-bye to summer and get ready for cooler weather! I do believe it was the hottest day of the year!

SU Flower Patch Stamps Bloom!
We had a great time at Scrap Club
last week using the new Flower Patch Stamp Set to make this card. The new photopolymer stamps took a little practice but we liked being able to see through the stamps. The images came out crisp and clear. We used the orange and white flower paper from the new Flower Pot Designer Series Paper. The orange frame is from the On Film Framelit Die and we used a decorative label punch to highlight the sentiment. The large flower was stamped with Blackberry Bliss Ink and the pink flower uses Melon Mambo Ink. After stamping and punching the flowers, cut each flower petal in towards the center to separate the petals a little so you can curl them with your finger. On the purple flower I cut just to the second row of petals on the top flower and in about 1/2 inch on each petal on the bottom solid layer. Use dimension dots between the flower layers and to make the sentiment stand out.To make the layered look on the decorative label punch cut out, cut an extra label out of Wild Wasabi green, then cut it in half. Put one half on each end of the sentiment punch out so that it extends past the sentiment. I trimmed the tiny green points in the middle if they stick out.
I recommend using the Lovely Lace embossing folder for the white center piece and the envelope flap. Embossing makes a big impact for just a little money!
