Simple Tags with SU's Summer Silhouettes

I'm back!  It's been a month of doctors, physical therapy,  and "procedures" but I see light at the end of the tunnel and can't wait to get back to "normal"!  Frozen shoulder and crafting are not a good match!  I didn't want you to think I had forgotten you!
Here's a quick tag made with one of my favorite stamp sets, Summer Silhouettes.  This set has a great all purpose leaf stamp and the wild flowers are so easy to make with a stunning result.  When you need a simple "Thank You", this tag really works.
The sentiment is a retired set but there are lots of current substitutes.  This would be a great tag to have on hand for any occasion.  Just add the sentiment as the need arises.
I pressed too hard on the stem and got an extra line from the stamp edge at the bottom of the stem.  So I made lemonade out of lemons and added more lines to make it look like grass at the bottom.  I actually like the "oops" better than the original idea!  Just ink the end of the stem stamp to add more grass.  As my grandson would say "Ta-Da!!".

Speaking of grands, my other distraction this month has been a new granddaughter!  Violet was born April 22 and is so beautiful (am I a little biased or what?).  Can't leave without sharing one of her first photos.  Thank you to my daughter-in-lawJessica!  Happy Mother's Day!
